Crystal Lake Cave is a living cave located 5 miles South of Dubuque on Hwy 52. Near where Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin meet on the Mississippi River. Free parking. RV Parking available.

Tickets:

Adults are $20 each, ages 4-11 are $8 each and under age 4 is free. You can purchase tickets at our gift shop. The last tour departs one hour prior to closing. Please call for group tour pricing.

 

Gift Shop:

A good souvenir store should have something for every everyone! This is why our store makes sure to have everything you might want for just about any occasion. You’re sure to find something that you’ll cherish. Visiting a tourist attraction is always fun, but taking something home to remember it by takes the memories last a lifetime. Open same hours as cave.

 

Gem Mining:

Kids can discover their own fossils and gemstones in our specialized gem mining area. Just like real geologists and archaeologists they can find their own hidden treasures. Start your journey at the gift shop for more information.

 

To better your experience:

This is a living cave. Cave tours are guided tours. Temperatures may seem cool, a light jacket may be desired. Sturdy shoes suggested. Because of stairs, strollers and other wheeled vehicles are not allowed. Visitors may bring a baby backpack or carrier for hiking to the caves but external frame backpacks (including baby carriers) are prohibited in the cave. Infants may be carried through the cave in front packs. No pets are allowed in the cave. Tours may be combined with others groups

Picnic Grounds:

Extend your stay on our picnic grounds. We have shade for you to enjoy your pack-your-own lunch at. Reminder we have RV parking too.

 

Camping:
